The day was all about employee engagement, the Directors wanted to focus everyone on  the company and what it means to them. We all agreed that EDS as a business is something to be proud of and we want to create a sustainable business together as a strong team for the future.

Catherine Greenslade from Maisie Bolan Associates conducted the morning session with different engagement technics which surprisingly brought out a lot of creative skills. Who knew we could all be so artistic! Ashley Garrett one of our Dive Supervisors stole the show with a perfect pitch on why we you can always rely on EDS to resolve your engineering challenges, “EDS is your Anchor!”

The afternoon consisted of White Water Rafting at the Cardiff International White Water Centre, thoroughly enjoyed by all, even if some were encouraged to ‘sink the boat’. Boys will also be boys and enjoyed making sure after the serious rapids were conquered everyone had their turn overboard!
