EDS provided a City & Guilds High Risk & Rescue trained confined space team to enable safe access into the Culvert and provide rescue cover to the surveyors so that a 3D laser scan survey could be conducted. The survey was needed to create a design for a slip liner that would remediate the deteriorated infrastructure, and make sure the culvert is stable for years to come.
